Moana Road

Lovely products (I've bought several Moana Rd sunglasses over the years) and fantastic customer service!

I contacted this firm about an item I had purchased with there logo on it and it was handled in a responsible manner that item was faulty but was told to return to the store I purchased it from and ask for a renewal of that product so that they could inspect the old item thank you Moana road for your great assistance

Tricia McM ... Several years ago, I received a gift of a purple primary schoolbag, and used it daily up until I lost one of the buckles. Two years on and a move to Levin, where I noticed that the library stocked identical bags and that the brand was Moana Road. I approached them online to see if they had any spare buckles. Lauren King from Moana Road replied saying that purple wasn't stocked anymore, but that she would approach their warehouse to see if they could help. They found two spares, including a purple one - and then it was gifted it to me. How cool is that!?Thank you, Lauren and thank you, Moana Road.
