Really impressed with this companies service and knowledge for our Honda Fit. Took it to a couple of other companies in the past and just ended up wasting time and money. These guys understood the issue and fixed it first time. They have also just sorted out a battery issue for us and went above and beyond on this for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Took my car in for a warranty recall. I specifically asked to be contacted by text or phone when the work was completed (there's not a lot to do whilst sitting around waiting for 2 hours in Alicetown). Yes, I was told, and my contact number was confirmed. Over 2 hours later and I was sitting in reception area when I looked and saw my car was parked in a bay and the work had obviously been completed some time before. I went to reception desk and asked why I hadn't got a message. Oh

I got failed wof but I got pass wof some where else without extra cost soLet's be honest and i won't stop you go check there but personally I don't like how they act so kind and in the end they want your money .Probably I will never ever go back because I know what they are like. So choice is yoursdid somewhere else pass the wof just like that ? no they are vtnz it cost more but they are honest for sure .

Top notch service centre. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Servicing is done quickly and reasonably priced. There is a nearby park to take the kids while you wait or go to the Alicetown shops and find a bargain. The entire centre is very clean and tidy. Worth saving a trip to Wellington and get your Honda serviced here instead.
