This low rating is purely based on the receptionist and how rude she was. Even the way she said hello makes it sound like you have inconvenienced her day by walking through the door! Would not recommend for the sole reason of having to deal with her!

Low rating purely based on the receptionist. Have booked an appt for next week and already don’t want to go just so I don’t have to deal with the rude receptionist lady. Was contemplating to go to Smith & Smith and spend more on a windscreen because she was that rude.I bet the service is actually great, but when you got a receptionist like that at the front, might lose customers, so you might wanna lose her

Awesome service, went above and beyond, let me know about potential issues, better seal than when I got the car. Price was more than half off what some of the competitors were offering (cough, cough, Smith & Smith.) The guy in reception was really, nice and helpful. Definitely going back if I have anymore glass issues.

Owner of the place is good and kind. But the lady sits over there is arrogant and put you down. Services are ok. They kept my car for couple of days just to change the windscreen. As it got some problems, so they fixed it. I would definitely go back if I don’t see that lady over there.

I have used these guys a couple of times now. Once when some a$$h*l# put a brick through the back window of my car and another when my son put a foot through my glazed door at home. ( because it wouldn't close properly and he 'forgot' it was made of glass")Both times the service was awesome. Fast
