What is the point of this sign. That could mean 1 minute away or 29 mins away. Say the time that you'll be back. Then people know whether to wait or not. I made a special trip to the store. Waited 15 mins... Left. Sorry.

Very professional and great after service. Purchased a faulty lamp and their service was 100% caring and prompt .I did not have to incur any extra costs sending the faulty one back and getting a new one.The opposite was the treatment I received at Noel LemmingsI thoroughly recommend shopping at Lighting Plus the friendly staff will not disappoint

ordered online during level 3 lockdown and was pleasantly surprised with speed of delivery and service. I received a personally written email from someone in Queenstown explaining they were sending 4 from Queenstown and my 5th item from Invercargill and that it was being packaged and posted that day, I thought that was great service being kept up to date like that.

Took nearly two weeks to have items delivered. Really need to consider changing the freight company you are using, Toll, and to also provide tracking details to customers so you don't have to keep chasing up via phone or emails as to where your order is.
