Hired wood chipper and drove back to Featherston. Wood chipper jammed. took it back and a member of staff helped fix it. Went back to Featherston and it jammed again. So far one hrs work out of it. Cost $350. For day. Took it back but no reduction in price. So I paid $350 for 1 hrs work. Thought they might halve the price. I’ll give them 1 star and that star is for the guy who helped me.

The staff attitudes are decent. However the staff do not maintain the equipments to a usable condition. Or a lot of the equipments should be retired but are still being hired out. As the result, it is a waste of your money to hire most equipments from them. The equipments are junk and will not work. You end up spending most of the time fighting with the equipment, rather than working. They should shut the door. Now I rather spend $1000 to buy equipments than to spend $200 to hire them. At least I can have something in hand. The $200 will just be down the drain. Get your acts up, or shut the door.

Ask the knob end who was driving your sign written ute LZS718 why you've got a 1 star review. Driving at more than the speed limit ,cutting people off, tailgating is not a good look on your business.

Hired a concrete floor grinder. Used it for an hour and the stones were worn. Came back. They did not have spare grinding stones. Staff have no knowledge. Complete waste of money. Paid 230 dollars.
