Bought a car just a couple of weeks ago without even going to see it. Grant from Turners gave me a good description on the vehicle conditions and I was able to make the decision just based on trust. I have received the car now and am very happy with the purchase. There was a bit of a miscommunication regarding delivery times (It can take 10-15 days apparently but was not mentioned to me) but the staff made a real effort to get it delivered to me as soon as possible. That alone deserve 5 stars. Highly recommended and will surely do business with Turners again.

It seems like they don't want to sell cars. Completely disinterested customer service. I have the feeling the person I spoke with took one look at what I was wearing and incorrectly assumed I didn't have the funds. I'll be going elsewhere.

Bought my daughters first car from turners Mount Maunganui. What a miserable experience. The sales guy had all the charisma of a wet bag of fish. He was weirdly dismissive and arrogant. An incredibly drawn out and lengthy process to negotiate because none of the sales guys can actually do anything so we had to leave for over an hour to wait for someone who can actually make decisions. Never ever had to do that in the nicer dealerships. Weird experience.

Firstly, the sales people really seem like they don’t want to be there or sell cars. It was 4:45pm and asked if I could take a car I was interested in for a test drive. I was told by Elena that it was too late and too many cars in the way (1 car that needed moved). Another guy overheard and said it’d be fine and they do test drives till 5pm. Once I returned from the test drive I was not offered any info about the car. I had to ask everything. Decided to buy the car a couple of days later. 2 days after buying the car it starts shuddering, the engine light flashing and losing power. I decide to return the car and tell them about the mechanical issue. Within 2hrs of returning the car, it was back on their website for sale.Also, a week after returning the car I rung NZTA and the car was still registered to me. I had asked at the time of return if there was anything I needed to do to change the registration out of my name. They said they would do it.It all feels very dodgy. Do not buy NKU542 Ford Focus for sale!

Meh cant really say anything good about this place, vibes are off the minute you walk in, been here twice first time I visited staff were rude and wont acknowledge you, not even a simple greeting, I will say reception is great and real helpful, sales team wont even look at you, second time was abit better butnot by much, both times I dealt with the branch manager she is useless and very rude to deal with, so wouldn't recommend at all, seems abit hit or miss depending on who you are dealing with, customer service all round could do with some work, won’t be coming back.

We got a appraisal for our vehicle was very easy to do. In the end we decided not to sell our car to them. Happy with the whole process very easy to do.Found they had a large range of motor vehicles to choose from very impressive.The staff was friendly.

Great place to buy a car. Staff are efficient. Would recommend paying for a 3rd party technical check though.

Service was good but they false advertise their vehicles and don't tell you about problems with the vehicle until you buy it. Also said the car have cruise control but it doesn't.Not sure why they're the most trusted dealer in New Zealand.edit 2 to 1 star.I brought a car off then but they did NOT mention any problems until I brought the car. THIS IS OUTRAGES. I will not be returning to turners after I return the broke can and get my CASH refund. I just can't believe it!
