Sue went out of her way to get this delivery to me (with courier delays she was the courier driver). Very happy kids stuck inside/isolation. Such a great range of animals across the brands and Sue printed off colouring book pages for the little ones too which were well received. Sue was quick to reply and help find a solution for a quick delivery. 100% recommend!

Just Wow. I understand my order was being wrapped as I was placing it, emailed confirmation minutes after, and a knock knock from courier at my door less then 24 hours later, to another city in these Covid times, I am well impressed. The Eco-friendly packaging and free product booklet are a nice finishing touch to excellent service. Love it.

Amazing service and commitment to getting stock out in time for Christmas.I was looking for a specific set of Playmobil and had been waiting for it to become available. It was getting close to Christmas so I messaged the Animal Kingdoms Toy Store team and got a reply almost immediately to say a shipment had just arrived. They checked and the set I wanted was available, shipped from their store the day and arrived with us the day after that.Super service, competitive prices and so efficient.I will be back!

I absolutely love Animal Kingdoms! Sue is great. She has helped my collection grow immensely, including finding many rare and retired horses! The prices here are extremely affordable and the cheapest schleich in NZ! Amazing service and fast postage! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service from Animal Kingdoms. Our order arrived less than 24 hours of when the order was placed, all this within lock down level 3. The information provided via email kept me up to date with where the order was at in the delivery chain. When it arrived, my daughter was thrilled.
