Pizza Hut Lincoln Road
My wife and kids were hungry, ordered a pizza tonight online. They took our money , sent us a confirmation but delivered no pizza. No answer from restaurant. No answer from pizza hut. All I can do is write this. Would have at least appreciated a message telling me they can't deliver.... Don't order from here you might be paying to be hungry.

We order pizzas from Pizza Hut Lincoln Road pretty often, always through the app and mostly for pickup. The pizzas are usually always great but tonight we picked up our pizzas, got home to eat them and couldn’t understand why the bases weren’t the usual pan base. I went back on the app to see what could have gone wrong to see that Gluten Free Base was the only option on all pizzas. I can only assume they had run out of regular dough. They were horrible and had we known, wouldn’t have ordered. I wonder how many other people were as disappointed as us.

Absolute joke.How can such a big company like Pizza Hut be so inept on such a basic level?Staff and delivery drivers either don't care or aren't very smart.Order pizza online at 1600 for 1830 delivery.Turns up 18 mins late, cold and not the San Francisco style like ordered.Don't waste your money or time with these clowns.

Lincoln Road is by a country mile the worst store for Pizza Hut! Never on time for orders. Food made with no care whatsoever. Staff who actually do not no about customer service and are just plain rude. What an embarrassment. Would love to see them improve but this is so far from where they are now!

I ordered a meat lover pizza and chicken wings from the Pizza Hut at Henderson Lincoln Road. However, I was really disappointed with my experience. The pizza tasted extremely salty with a dry crust that lacked freshness. The toppings were poorly distributed and felt more like scattered toppings rather than an actual pizza. As for the chicken wings, they were really low quality and tasted as if they had been boiled instead of deep-fried. Overall, this was the worst Pizza Hut experience I've had in New Zealand. I do not recommend this location and suggest people to think twice before ordering from here.

Dirty shop waiting area. Pizza didn't have alot of toppings. I Pre ordered 2x mousse but the last two were sold to a walk in customer after I ordered. They should have been kept aside when ordered. Not good value for money. Will go back to Domino's.

Ultimate taste & Quality is good. I was given my order on phone call . I went there within 10minits and my order was already ready , thank you for your quick service......The staff are Maintaining Hygienic rules. I love to come again..........

Do a coin toss before ordering. Heads, the pizza base will be cooked well but the toppings will be sloppy and oily, and tails means the pizza will have the consistency of baby vomit. This place is so inconsistent its honestly not worth the gamble.

Shocking service pizza arrived over half hour late cold when called restaurant they couldn't do anything unless I get up and take order back to store umm did delivery for a reason
