Made a booking 15 days prior for windscreen replacement. No one called or showed up to do the replacement.Followed up via phone call and i was advised they are having technical issues and cannot to do it.Not recommended!!! Stay away

Called to see if I could get a crack repair booked in after having them recommended by the AA mechanic I had just been to. I was immediately met with how are you going to pay for this??" before even finding out their availability. Booked in with Smith and Smith instead who were very friendly and happy to take my booking."

The only place that had my 1/4 window in stock and who could get me sorted over the weelend regardless of horrendous weather. Great service and excellent workmanship from Ravi who was friendly, informative and helpful.

I called for help with a temp fix or guidance which I would have gladly paid for but was shut down by the person answering the phone. Totally un-kiwi like and rude. This is not how you should run a business. So sad..but would not refer anyone to them
