Great helpful staff

Quite disappointed. The consultant visited the site, we discussed paint and agreed that I needed a Coolcolour because of the dark tint. I painted my block basement in the agreed colour using 10l pails ( Coolcolour) then put the scaffolding up to do the large top 2 levels and could only get the agreed colour in 4 l cans! They didn't have the base to do the colour ( half gravel) in 10 l and could only tint it in 4 litres. I should have been told this. I did it in 10 l buckets without the coolcolour and the rep said if it started to bubble I would have enough left to touch it up if I need to. I thought getting the rep out to see it all before I started would avoid this. Disappointing. Ask the right questions but if you don't know the questions the experts should be able to help you.THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE. can you give me an email address please so we can continue in private. My previous attempt to contact the company generated no response and my visit to the store to highlight my issue was seen as a non-issue. I have no complaint about the rep i was dealing with - he was good to deal with.
