Told 20 min have been there for 45 min still they say 10 minutes than 5 minutes. Hope less service

COUNTRY FRIED CHICKEN
Quite possible the worst fried chicken I have had in my life so far. Some of the pieces are dry and raw while some are frankly physically dried up and hard. I'm not sure what is taking place in the kitchen or in storage but these are not what you should serve to anyone.
