We have experienced more power cyts/outages in 10 months in Ohauiti than we did in 20 years in Dunedin.

Rang 2 days ago because my hot water did not come on during the night because it missed the signal. Have heard of others with same and power Co are having trouble with the network. So I had to have a cold shower at 6.30am before work on a freezing morning of about 3 degrees. My house is cold. I put in a complaint and was assured that I would hear back within 48 hours. I haven't heard anything. No wonder Power Co have so few stars. Appalling service for customers. Disgrace esp with something so basically essential such as hot water. Shame on you Power Co. Get your systems going and show some common courtesy

They dont even answer the phone when people are out of power for 11 hours!!!!

system majorly flawed it is aimed at taking money from customers with out giving truthful and accurate readings then charging hundreds to have it looked in to" this is one of the private companys that national government sold to be more specific harawira sold it for a private profit now some off shore idiot is running the place taking everyones money
