Rude customer service. Would not refund or give a replacement on a faulty phone case that was purchased less than a month ago. Their response was it was due to wear and tear. Unbelievable!!! Buyer beware!!! Would definitely not waste your money here!!!!

Beware! I bought a phone case from these guys, and it had a swivel phone stand on the back of the case. The swivel phone stand broke off while being used in normal circumstances and they refused to replace or refund or refund the item when I showed them my receipt for the phone case. this shows that if there's anything wrong with something you buy from them, they will not replace it.I am aware of the consumer guarantees act and I mentioned this to them and they still refused any replacement or refund.I will be contacting citizens advice bureau to see what I can do next. The transaction for this item was done on 2 April 2023, so it was only just over a month since I bought it.Please note: The cost to ammend a dispute with the retailer through the disputes tribunal starts at $45 for purchases under $2000 or from $90 for purchases over $2000.In Reply to their response: The phone was not mishandled or dropped. The handle can only turn with an appropriate amount of tension, in which the plastic mount cannot support itself, and eventually snapped off. I did not enjoy being dismissed as someone who was dishonest. I do not wish to have any more contact with this business.

Beware of the fake positive reviews. The gel screen protection starts deteriorating few days after applying and they won't honour the warranty. The customer service was bad and rude.

Sold me a fake apple battery for my iPhone.When l showed them the notification on my iPhone that it was not a genuine apple battery they said it was a good battery and wanted another $50 to take it out.Can’t get notification off my phone.Better to go to an IPhone place to get it done.It’s about $40 extraRecommend you don’t go if you have apple as they are not upfront or honest about their batteries being the genuine productDisappointed and waste of money

Awesome service, great price.I got my cell phone repaired from here for water damage, it works perfect.They offer one year warranty on the repair as well.
