Decent Chinese food with large potion and nice taste!We chose this place because today is Chinese Year Eve and we want to eat some dumplings as tradition. After searching some many Chinese restaurants in Taupo, only Seakraft serves dumpling. We also order fried rice, chicken, duck, and fired noodles. Everything is decent and large potion, enough for group of 5, and totally is about $90. Good deal if you are under budget.

9 of us arrived for lunch and glad we did! Kids enjoyed their chicken and chips and the Chinese meals we selected were well done. Good prices, friendly obliging service.

We wanted to grab something that we could just take back to our hotel and chill out to eat. Seakraft was so good, we got one of their meal deals for $39 which had 3 dishes -fried rice, honey chicken & beef ho fun. The honey chicken was my fave, the rest was good as well. Very friendly lady that served us.

Seakraft is a delightful family run restaurant in Taupo town centre. The owner is knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure our dietary requirements were met. The food is of good standard and very reasonably priced. Thank you for a lovely meal!

Ordered a family pack of fish and chips with an extra serve of chips. When we opened the food after I got home, the fish pieces were small, the potato fritters were literally no bigger than a nugget and they missed a couple of spring rolls and very few chips. When we called about the missing spring rolls they argued that they hadn't missed them but would make them for us. Drove in to pick them up and again they argued that the spring rolls were definitely in there. I got the spring rolls, apart from all that the spring rolls were nice but definitely won't be going back.

Chinese food that I have ordered(2 meats with fried rice vermicelli), the portion was not much n the price is not worth paying. I will never go back again. One unhappy customer.

Lemon chicken is my favourite and this place had some awesome crispy chicken pieces with delicious lemon sauce. Such an unexpected treat.
