Awesome people here who butcher our home kill lamb for us every year. Easy to deal with, meat cut as requested and their sausage options are excellent. They work with the guy that does the killing to schedule everything and also take the payment for the killing etc. which makes the whole process very simple. Highly recommended !!!

I used Meat Man to do a home kill beast in April 2013.I was extremely impressed with the out com of the meat, well aged, tender and tasty.I would like to commend Nick the slaughter man on his professional, effective and excellent attitude and result.YES these 'guys' will be used for our next home kill.
