Highly recommend Embr Fires. The communication was great. The service was professional, quick and done with a smile. Levi did a fantastic job. Didn't have to clean up a thing afterwards. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Professional, friendly, thorough. Levi was great, swept the flue and kept everything very clean, inspected the wood burner and explained exactly what was happening, options for maintenance, what might need replacing in future, etc. Will be using again in future, highly recommended.

I recently had my chimney cleaned by Arion Amos from Embr Fires. He was respectful, polite and even gave me clarity by explaining the workings of the wood burner. He was professional and personable. Efficient, on time, easily booked, good price, polite and conversational, dog friendly, shoes off (not that that was necessary), online payment after completion , inspection report and follow up text. All the things you want from a tradie. 10/10

We used Embr Fires for a chimney Sweep. Excellent communication from beginning to end. We had the best Service Technician I have come across in a long time. Super polite, friendly , really clear communication around what he was doing and what he had inspected. Really pleased with the service we received. Highly recommend.

Recently moved into a new house and was getting too much smoke from the fireplace. Emailed Embr and they booked in a visit from one of their staff. He was quick, efficient, gave some good pointers about future possible issues, and left us with a fireplace that worked so much better, a clean carpet (there is a white rug right below the fireplace) and a very reasonable price. Recommended.

I just moved into my first home, and was recommended to use Embr fires by my dad & his partner who rave about them! Arion was the tech who came round. He was incredibly easy to speak to, and gave me heaps of pointers in regards to my open fire. Was quick, kind, efficient, but most importantly did an awesome job! He was running a little late, but kept me in the loop about that too! Couldn't have been more impressed, and will 100% use them next year!!!
