Thought id try sampan the second time around, hoping this time they would have improved from my last visit a few years ago.Nope. Still gross and disgusting. Woman behind counter was still rude.

Booked for 14 people well in advance. Server seemed surprised when we showed up. Tables were quite dirty. Server was impatient. Meals came out sporadically so some had finished before others had meal.

I don't know how people like the food that comes from this place .. first and last time.. no flavor on anything. I actually feel ripped off.. don't no how this place has stayed in business for so long

I had the fried rice, it was fast but tasted bland with no wok flavour. Perhaps other dishes are better but I didn’t try them.

Decor is a bit average but the meals we had were pretty good.The fried rice is some of the nicest fried rice I’ve ever eaten

Disappointed, after waiting an hour for a phone order. Wontons cold. Beef cashew nut tough as old boots. Sweet and Sour Pork no flavour.Cannot recommend!

Settled on this place as there were not many restaurants open in the area. Portions were huge but fell short on taste. Gong bao chicken had too much vinegar. Sweet and sour pork had too much corn starch.

I wished I had read the reviews before going here. When we arrived and asked for a table, the waitress said that there would be a 20min wait. Because there were quite a few empty tables, my partner asked, why". They were busy with takeaway orders. We decided to stay anyway
