No prices anywhere in the store. You have to bring each item to the checkout to find the price. Took the item I normally buy to checkout only to find it is now 50 dollars more than before. How are you supposed to decide on what to buy it you don't know costs? Nice staff but bad store policy. Won't be back...

DONT buy from NZ Muscle - first time ordering with them i ordered a tub of protein for a click and collect and its been over 3 weeks now the store hasn't got it and now they are launching an investigation. Will stick to sprint fit where you get your item the next day. Worst Experience Ever.

Massive sign at the front door saying Open Mon-Fri 7am-7pm. Arrived here at 8.30am and the shop is closed.

Walked into the shop, guy came out, looked at me at the main counter, then walked back into the back room and carried on his convo, with whoever was in there. There was no one else in the shop...Worst ever service, well no service, Ignorant chinese/asian guy.I guess his attitude reflects that of his training in retail. Nil.

Do not go to this store!!!!I received email its 20% off everything from nz muscle been the the store today , after payment made i reliase they didnt give me the 20% off. 10 mins later i i back to store that staff said its only online discount i couldn't get it in store .I ask for refund then i i can buy it online but they refused. And trying to educate me with the policys.half hr late i have received another notification they nz muscle have those 20% online and i store together !! Those staff are hopeless !!
