Hi Dear ,I would like to take opportunity to give feedback about my recent experience with arns service center. The Job was to do Routine Service of Nissan Skyline. I did service last time & my experience was good as it was through mechanic but this time it was through boss & it was way to poor. I feel like it was just about money nothing else. Boss Told me he will quote me on phone once I bring my car which didn’t happen. Moreover, Boss advice me to Change the 2pcs of drive belt ( Small & Large ). 6PK1145 cost me $74 & 4PK945 cost me $48. Now if we check the price of this 2 drive belt to super cheap it just showing $36.99 & $35.99 respectively. Boss Also Add Labour Cost in Invoice to put this belt in my car which cost me $80 for 1 min Job. Car Service Fee is also increase than previous time.In Short , I paid $404.23 to do all of this which was way to expensive.Apart from that , the bolt from The Rack at the bottom of my engine come off in the middle of the road while Taking car way home. I left msg to boss & mechanic with picture but no one reply. Around 8:00 PM. Mechanic came & Fix it.To Conclude , Arns service center fail to provide me good customer service & Looks like charge me just double for no valid reason. I don’t think I will approach this service center in future & don’t even recommend to any one.Praise The Lord !!!!

Money well spent for his service. I thought that my car is in very good condition until this guy Arnz they called the b0ss done his check. It was scary knowing some parts are out not working the way it is. This guy is highly recommended. Mitsubishi Pajero sport 2017

Arn is a really concerned business man. He worries that I get the best deal for my money, and the the standard is very good. He always does his best to fit me in his busy day, or at least sees to it that I am comfortable if I have to wait. He has a pleasant easy going manner and is an honest hard worker.

I recently purchased a used car from a car dealer in Auckland. It was having some scary problems with the brakes. The car dealer did a search and found Arn's to do the repair for me. I'm so glad they did, because I am new to the area and didn't have a local repair person yet, and I have found them now. They are very friendly and helpful and do a really great and professional job. They ended up replacing my master cylinder and the car stops perfectly now. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Arn's!
