I was stuck in Cebu, Philippines under the COVID travel restrictions imposed by both Philippines and Australia (my home country). Australia has very tight limitations on the numbers of international arrivals coming in to the various cities in Australia. Brisbane is my home city and the destination I sort.I tried myself many times over weeks and weeks to get tickets on line with no success. I then contacted two travel agents in Brisbane with one not responding past 'we will look into it' and the other suggesting I contact them again in January!I was recommended to Michelle Kean by a client of hers and it was completely different from then on. Michelle was very thorough and helpful in every respect. From the initial contact Michelle was able to confirm my intinerary within 3 days. It was such a relief to be able to book those flights and have a firm date to which I could plan to be departing Cebu for Brisbane (via Hong Kong and Auckland). I will add also that the pricing was very reasonable compared to other people that had managed to book somehow and what they were being forced to pay which was in the order of double what I paid with Michelle.So in summary, Michelle was- extremely helpful and competent to deal with,- achieved what I was seeking in a matter of days where I could not get anywhere with others or myself in weeks,- keep me updated and made sure all requirements were attended to, and- got me home,- all at a very reasonable cost.I highly recommend Michelle's services to anyone looking to travel now and into the future.Thanks very much Micelle!

We have known Michelle for a number of years and in that time Michelle has organised a number of trips for us including trips to Canada and Europe. All have gone without a hitchBut I write this review following a recent trip to the Netherlands ( December 2021) which has taken place in the midst of COVID. As I am sure everyone who travels in these times knows is not simple it requires constant reviewing of the ever changing rules ,regulations and documentation. Trust me there is a lot. It is confusing and very time consuming. That is unless you have Michelle in your corner. Michelle handles everything not just getting our flights and seats, after all that's what she does, but also making sure all the required forms and documentation is filled out correctly and is in place.We truly believe we would never have managed this task without her. But Michelle did not stop there we were away for 5 weeks every couple of days we received an Email from her sometimes just asking us how things were going but also crucially updating us on the ever changing rules and regulations. She was simply always there nothing is too much trouble we have had calls with her at 7am and 8pm she is so professional. We could not recommend her and her service more highly what she does for the price she charges is incredible.Michelle is our first call for all our travel now and in the future I urge you to use her services you will not be disappointed

Oops! You did it again.Thanks for organizing an amazing week at the Warwick in Fiji for the family. The kids have loved the snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding. The staff have been fantastic.We gave Michelle a very basic plan and she put together an amazing itinerary including the flights, hotel/airport transfers and accommodation. She does such great work.
