Great place & peaceful. Only spoiler is new highrise house on the border, blocking the view on that side, shocking that NP would allow that!

It’s a great area to see the city from different angle. From there one is able to see the Port, the big chimney, the famous Paritutu Rock, the CBD, in a fine day one is able to see Mt Taranaki. It’s a great spot to picnic too
