We went in to take a look and purchase a Nissan Leaf. We were ignored from the get-go and when we did ask for help, the staff were rude and most unhelpful, and treated us with contempt. I was on the phone dealing with a family situation and although my partner and his colleague were also there, the salesman complained about me being on a call. Considering we were ready to purchase, this was extremely unprofessional. I've never had an experience like this and am sorely disappointed.

Probably the worst customer service interaction I've ever had. I've never experienced being belittled by staff for bringing in a screenshot I took off the website for a car they advertised. The owner said what am I supposed to do with a screenshot". She then gave me a serious telling off for- not knowing the different leaf models- and being a burden on her time because her staff were sick and offfsiteClearly she didn't want to be at work that day

I purchased a 2018 Nissan Leaf from Autolink EV. The service was excellent. I asked lots of questions as this is all very new to me and Sarah was amazing. When I picked up the vehicle Sarah was with another customer, but I spoke to 2 other staff members while waiting for Sarah, and they were all very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend Autolink EV.

This is the best place to buy your EV from. The staff are very knowledgeable and always ready to help. They got a huge selection of latest model EVs. Prices are very sharp and best around. Thanks to Henry and Sarah for patiently answering all my queries and help us select best ev for our family needs.

I purchased a Nissan Leaf from Autolink a couple of week's ago. I found their pricing very reasonable and the whole sales process seamless, including trading my current vehicle. The whole team are very professional and so knowledgeable and generous with information about EV's in general. I can't believe how much I love my new car. Personally I think everyone should drive an EV and Autolink were so helpful (especially Sarah) that I would like to highly recommend them.

Wow, worst retail service I've ever had was fully ready to buy a car and just wanted a test drive. Was ignored for a while before someone reluctantly came out from the back and gave me the rudest most arrogant treatment and couldn't be bothered moving a couple of cars. I was shocked and taken aback but reading some of the reviews here it seems others have had the same experience. Turns out that was the owner as well. Would recommend steering clear of here, have since purchased a Leaf at another dealership and got much better service.

Autolink EV is a great hassle free place to get you into an EV. We traded in and bought an 2017 30Kw Leaf same day, and haven't looked back since, luv it.Sarah is totally professional and answered every query we had, real fast. Service is exceptional and a great buying experience all round, excellent.

2019 Nissan Leaf + (62 kWhr)Bought our first EV from AutoLink EV, they put several weekends into the why/what/how/when about EVs, allowed us a couple of test drives, helped address our range anxiety, taught us how to charge the vehicle and sold us a lovely 2 year old Japanese import which has filled all our needs. Great people, fantastic service. If we buy a second car it'll be another EV from AutoLink EV.We get up to 400 km from a full charge (62 kWhr) and AutoLink EV threw in a 16 Amp wall socket which we had installed in our garage and a 16 Amp charger lead. We just plug the car in when we get home in the evening when it needs a charge, and it's 100% charged in the morning. No problems. So cheap - on our home power supply it's about $13.00 for 400 km, that's until RUC becomes applicable.5 months ago we were sitting around and wondered, Could we drive to Invercargill and back in the EV?"
