This is a great medical center nothing but good thing to say about Dr Rama or Dr gross and the receptionist but Dr (Mrs) Kalash Deva I'm sorry to not happy with her dosent listen to her patients very unsatisfied

Best medical centre in Auckland. Dr Christopher Gross is the BEST GP ever. Highly experienced, compassionate, and has decades of experience.Admin staff Donna and Elaine are admin stars. Wish i could give them 10 plus rating

Very rude receptionist Ms. Bronwyn .Unaware about her job description that she is there to help patients.My 3 year old was asking for water n she refused water to child by saying “you should bring ur own water Bottle.” Not only this she said she has already done favour by letting us in 15 minutes before appointment.Such a shame.i know its alert level 2 but giving water to child in a disposable cup is not permitted Anywhere .Sorry lady u are just lazy n rude
