Dr Cheng and the team are truly amazing i recommended this clinic to all the people I know who are looking for a new family doctor, i would rate 5 + stars if i could. However, i was really disappointed by the admin lady (not the clinic manager cause i can hear the differences). Everyone worked so hard for their reputation that i wouldn’t give the low rate due to the one bad experience. I made a phone call to try if there was a gap in between the appointments and see if my baby girl could see Dr Cheng today. After the lady heard my baby was unwell, she told me straight away that Dr Cheng was not at the clinic today. I asked if there was another doctor available. The lady replied: there is no doctor available for the whole week…..I was so surprised that, instead of advising me to seek help from the other healthcare facilities, the lady just told me there was no doctor for the whole week. Any reasons? Are the doctors on holiday? Or do they have personal matters to deal with, so they aren’t able to be at the clinic? From the clinic perspective, you can check your phone call record if you have it, to figure out how your staff talk to your patients.

The quality healthcare service carried by the doctor at this clinic is well-noted and this personal care by the GP is important to me which makes my recovery and follow-up experience a pleasant one. Thank you.

I am amazed at how incredible this practice is. I had quite a few things on my list and Dr Cheng saw to each one of them, I did not feel rushed, he listened and advised me in a very gentle, polite and knowledgeable manner. I was early and he saw me ahead of my appointment time. Reception was lovely and helpful. Nurse Mary saw me for a routine check and it transpired I hadn’t had a Pap smear in a long time so she performed one then and there, she was gentle and it was a breeze (I’m very sensitive to pain and discomfort but felt nothing). They are all so thorough, friendly, professional and efficient. Just a wonderful practice, I can’t recommend them enough. Places like this are so rare.The lab test place next door is very convenient also (though expect a very long wait time there).

Dr. Cheng is by far the best gp i have met in town. nice environment too. Reasonable fee.
