Amazing gym I have been going here for two years and while i haven't spoken a word to just about anyone due to crippling anxiety the atmosphere is amazing and everyone so friendly and helpful to many times have I seen someone help a new comer with new exercises or form or someone has jumped in to help someone on bench press when they didn't have a spotter, as someone who is extremely anxious and self-conscious I can say this is one of the least busy and friendly gyms you can come to and there are always trainers around to give you a hand if you need it, not to mention the bathrooms are spotless besides the occasional naked man walking around without a towel haha I kid but I highly recommend this gym for new comers and anyone looking to make that change in their lives

Stopped by today for a single session (I'm visiting from Aus). I was blown away by the friendliness of staff, such a welcoming attitude. The facilities are very modern and there's also plenty of equipment so that you don't have to wait. Will definitely be returning! ✅

You have space to zone out and enjoy your workout after a long day, but people are friendly enough if you wanna chat too!
