Absolute Pirates - require an annual licence for a product we previously paid in full for. Now locked out of accounts and cannot process GST.What a sad end to a previously great product.We are off to Xero........

The most 'UNuser' friendly company to work with. After 2 mins of listening to phone options that you struggle to understand and then get told you've called outside of business hours at 9:04am??????

Purchased the product in full which should be expire in 10 years, but after 3-4 years, the licence key will no longer be used, and staff will only ask you to buy a new one, I will never buy reckon accoutns anymore.

Emailed support two days ago and not even one reply from them. Over the last 23 years in business my experience with Reckon/QuickBooks support is the worst I have ever experienced. No support would best describe this hopeless company.
