Apparently we couldn’t change the location of the fan outside. Contractors just wanted to be done quickly with the job. I know that’s not true because our property we were able to decide a location. Sent an email about this and no response. Great after service

Brightr installed two heat pumps for us. Neven's detailed engineering assessment clearly outclassed the glib sales hype dished out by other companies. Having previously suffered from a heat pump cowboy installation, Brightr was a revelation! Best part was, we were not oversold, got a superior job, and it cost less than the nonsense advice we received from other 'experts.'Thanks Brightr.

Brightr installed underfloor insulation beneath my 1980s Ranch style property. I had a first Winter without the insulation and it was cold, even after I installed a Heat Pump. I Look forward to a much warmer Winter this year. Thank you Brightr.

Insulation took a long time, but Tony from Palmerston North was brilliant, helping clear some wood under the house. Paid deposit for heat pump 9th May. Didn't get installed until 26th June, quite disappointing really as we paid in full the initial insulation.
