Parcel was supposedly attempted to have been delivered despite someone being home all day and this wasn't the case. Then when i rang was told the driver's GPS was playing up and wouldn't be delivered for another week. Arranged another freight company to do their job and have it delivered today, as they seemed incapable! Definitely won't be using Toll ever again! USLESS

I don't know why any business would use Toll to courier their goods. They are useless. Their tracking online is rubbish. Everything takes twice as long to get anywhere. You can't contact them by phone to make an inquiry. How many times do you have to fill in one of their online forms to get a response from someone? I always cringe when I get a tracking number from the online shop and see they are using Toll to send their goods.
