Big store, well laid out, great presentation and staff are friendly.Mainly the young lady at the front end of the store. She was a supervisor who is deaf, she is absolutely wonderful and made my day (make her a manager)Great service!

Convenient location with well landscaped car park gardens make for a pleasing first impression. Being smaller than other New Worlds helps to get around the entire store and makes for a more intimate shopping experience.Happy, helpful staff throughout and excellent bakery.

I used to shop here frequently, but they have recently installed double barriers in the entrance that hit your legs in two different places. They have added a little padding on the lower ones, but it still is stressing to be hit on the legs that much when entering the shop. İt is also difficult to manoeuvre through, because the poles that hit you are very stiff. This lesser accessibility here now has put me off wanting to shop here. I used to like this store, in spite of its small size, but I rarely shop here now. I would rather go into town to avoid the experience of my legs being hit so much.

Awesome store. Staff look after the place really well. Smaller than other New Worlds in town, but usually always have what I need. Great location for those of us in summerhill and aokautere

Really great produce. Tidy store which was well stocked. Checkout operator could have been friendlier but it was busy so I let that go because I found excellent quality apples.
