Buxton Square Carpark
Excellent , able to park our motorhome over night for 2 consecutive nights per calender mth . Had to wait awhile until the area marked out for motorhomes became available. Ample room for upto 9mtr . Between Saturday 1pm and Monday 8am free parking . Lovely clean toilets right there . Could not get any closer for some of the major shops .

Gets crowded with the campervans taking up valuable spaces. Central city park close to most amenities.

Its a carpark not much else to say... it can be crouded and annoying but its normally a great carpark in mornings and afternoons.

Over priced bit of tarmac, policed by people dressed as prison officers. Park in Trafalgar Street there are always paces.One of the reasons Nelson is not a retail centre.Go to Richmond

Buxton Square Carpark
I am always grateful that when heading to town that I have always find a park at Buxton. I dreaded when it went up to 2 dollars an hour until I went to Christchurch. Help going to town was expensive. having to pay not matter when you go. Buxton is free on public holidays, Saturday afternoon and Sunday. We are lucky to live in Nelson.
