Alex was quite simply a legend. Very knowledgeable, humble and kind, going above and beyond to ensure my bike was in top shape on short notice. Excellent attention to detail, quick responses & turnaround, bike never looked so good and clearly takes pride in his work. Crankaholics is run by a single person, and Alex does an amazing job. He's an expert on bikes and takes his time to make sure every little detail is perfect.Alex has performed a WoF on my bike. He was fast and made sure everything was safe and worked well. I felt really good knowing my bike was in the best condition possible.He also has fixed a problem with my shift. I wasn't sure what was wrong, but he knew right away. He got it sorted out quickly. In addition, Alex has performed a gear tune-up. My bike rides smoother than ever now.I can't recommend Alex enough. His place is Whitby's gem and is simply awesome!

Very impressed. I contacted Alex on a Sunday night after buying a secondhand bike with dodgy brakes. He responded the same evening and came to inspect the bike and gave me a quote on the spot. He then returned the bike quickly in a few days and in great condition back to my house at a time convenient to me. It was so easy contacting him through WhatsApp via Facebook. Honest and quality work.
