I used Betta Inspect It for a pre-purchase property inspection report. What a lovely, professional and efficient bunch of people! The ladies I spoke with at reception were so nice and thorough. We had Jamie as our inspector and he was very thorough. He also followed up with a text and phone call to discuss and answer any questions I had about the report. Thanks again team, you were amazing.

Got him to do builders report for our first home purchase. As first home buyers we trusted beta inspect it to provide us a thorough checkup and take our worries away. He Did not check under the house for corroded pipes and water pressure. Said there was no access. Indeed there was he just didn’t look hard enough. Plumber found it in the cupboard at first instance. We ended up spending tones fixing pipe issues and water pressure. Not recommended! $700 builders report down the drain!

Terrible experience. Sales person did not tell me the full picture and agreed work was not provided as explained. Not being bullied for payment for a report that hasn't been provided.
