I bought a couple of beautiful rings while on holiday in Nelson. The staff was super friendly and we got local advice on places to go free of charge! We loved the jewellery so much that we went t back and bought the bee necklace. I was able to email them and have a ring made for me which I absolutely love. ❤️

Today I took back a ring that I had brought earlier in the year that needed to be repaired and was delighted to hear that it would be repaired or replaced at no extra cost, which I hoped to be the case. However having opted to have it repaired, and through conversation it was realised the purpose of the ring was ensure it kept a larger ring of my (late) Mums securely in place. Following this I was then provided with a loan" ring so I could continue to wear my Mums ring until mine was repaired. I was astonished and touched by this kindness. AMAZING products! I am obsessed with the style and quality of their jewellery.Over the past few years I have been slowly building up my collection. I have a few rings, a necklace, as well as a couple pairs of earrings. All of which are in my heavy rotation, I never take the necklace off!!Despite being worn daily they are still in perfect condition, as beautiful as the day they arrived.Shipping is fast and if you have any issues the team at Louise Douglas are incredibly helpful and responsive.I cannot speak highly enough of these jewellers, I tell everyone I know how beautiful each and every piece is.My wish list is still a mile long and growing, I cannot wait to buy many more pieces in the near future.

Louise is a fantastic jewellery maker, really understanding her clients and doing really lovely pieces!! My now husband and I now are wearing our wedding rings made by her, exactly how we imagined them - they couldn’t be more perfect, fitting to us and how we dreamed they should be. She did them over night, since we were just travelling thru Nelson. We found her beautiful little stop on our 15 min stop in Nelson, which was actually ment to be a coffee stop… but turned out to be the place we found our wedding rings (to put it into perspective: we’re from Switzerland and were travelling thru NZ for only 3 weeks, mainly trying to avoid cities - what are the odds ;)) Thank you Louise!!
