Very disappointed with their service, went to pick up zoes ashes after having a very poor worded voicemail left on my phone this morning and all she said when I arrived was the total owing I asked her if I could have a print out and all she said was can you pay some today. I was quite happy to pay the amount there and then, but I just had to get out of there. I am grieving and got a very cold reception. then what was just as bad is I read her death certificate and it said she was put to sleep on the 14.05.2021 and a lovely card from Pet Cremations saying she was cremated on the 10.05.2021. which just made things worse.

The vet has been fantastic looking after Frankie. No hassle to get appointments. Frankie loves puppy school and Wendy has been amazing

We were travelling south from Ashburton towing our caravan and decided to stop in Waikouaiti for a pie, unlocked the caravan and horror our tabby cat had decided to stowaway on-board ,the staff at Vet Life were fantastic taking 'Snoopy ' in and arranging for her to be taken to a cattery in Palmerston, while we continued our tripGreat service Snoopy was happy , we were happy ,

Sadly had to find a new vet to look at our old cat who seem to have had a stroke, and put him down. Previously went to Animates but was informed they had no veterinarians and was referred to this vet. They saw us as soon as they could and were very friendly and professional, very empathetic and informative about the whole process. A few days later I received a beautiful hand-written condolences card in the mail.Thank you guys
