generally this place is fine but today, got a raspberry and whote chocolate muffin. very disappointed, they are usually always a little low on fruit but today there was 1 single raspberry in the whole muffin. they are not cheap eaither. will not be buying them again, will be going across the road to hollywood bakery from now on.

I went to Greenland Cafe with multiple people and at first I thought the customer service was rocky but then this lovely lady named Tyler (don't know last name) but she was extremely and patient. She always had a smile and had good jokes with my friend. Tyler deserves a raise and someone get her some more help

Nice coffee and food but - staff should NOT be chewing gum while serving customers! Open mouth gum chewing while serving and handling food. Another guy has his headset on, constantly. As if he's got more important things to listen to, than his customers. He'll also happily eat in the food cooking area, out in front of customers. The owners are nice, most of the staff are great, but these two need a telling off. Come on guys - up your game!

Had a nice coffee. Couldn't see anything suitable for someone with food allergies, such as gluten free, pretty much everything was bread/pastry based.

Not bad just a bit hit and miss depending on what you order. Pies pretty good but drinks rather average especially the hot chocolate.

I came here for the pies as I have seen great reviews. Over Hyped unfortunately my steak and cheese was dry , cold and lacked cheese. Steak Mushroom & cheese pie had 1 small mushroom not much cheese at all either. The Bacon & egg was my top pick tasted great consistent ingredients best of the 3. For amazing pies I recommend Main street Bakery Takanini or if you are out West Auckland Uppercrust Henderson.
