I swear I have never seen customer service, like I have here. I was looked after so well, that I went back with my husband a few days later! Different staff were on, and they were just has helpful and amazing. These guys have the best customer service I have every experienced. Very impressed and will happily shop there again and again. I don't often do retail reviews, but these guys deserve it!

My husband and I are new to the BOP area and we already love this store. Chelsea the assistant manager and all the staff there are super friendly and always so welcoming whenever we go to the store. Really cool shopping environment

Cameron is fantastic! We walked into the store just for a look and walked out with 4 x pairs of converse & a t shirt ! She explained how the discounts worked & had some great knowledge to share she was super helpful. Thanks Cameron !

Not a bad converse outlet although its quite expensive and the only deal they ever seem to have is buy one get one half price
