Lauren is a dream! You will only ever walk away from her treatments feeling nourished, loved and pampered. She is so intuitive, she taps into exactly what you need in that moment. Her energy is calming and so welcoming, you immediately feel at ease with her. To anyone, do yourself a favour and book in with her, it will be the best money you spend!!!

I’ve absolutely loved every session with Lauren, whether it was reiki, facial or a full body massage! Lauren puts so much love and kindness into every aspect of her treatments! She has a very nourishing and holistic approach which I love. She is so caring, kind and thoughtful. I’d recommend her services over and over again. I’m such a big fan - I drive over 2 hours to see her up in Matakana. Nothing compares to her incredible treatments!
