Melanie in the Rolleston branch helped me organise a trip to Vanuatu in January - she was an absolute rock star. We contacted her 5 days before we wanted to fly out and Mel quickly presented us with two possible itineraries, both of which matched our requirements. I was so impressed by the speed of Mel's responses and how quickly and smoothly she dealt with our changing requirements. She completely took the stress out of our last minute booking. Would highly recommend

I approached Melanie last year with a request to find out information about travelling to Vietnam and Cambodia. I was a little vague on details but she almost seemed to 'read my mind' and came back with a few options for us to select. We mucked her around with a change of dates, but she handled this in her stride!! We had a fantastic trip, it was so well organised with awesome accommodation and guided tours, plus a local contact for us while we were over there, it was a trip of a lifetime, and so stress free thanks to Melanie. I would definitely recommend Helloworld Rolleston if you are looking at travelling, it was such an easy process!
