I placed my order Wednesday morning. Was rung a few hours later to say they no longer had the ring I ordered in my size, so offered to send me a similar one, which usually retails for a higher price, for the same price as the one I ordered. Once I confirmed I was happy with the swap, my ring was duly couriered to me, and it arrived Friday morning. Excellent service - Lawrence to Te Aroha in a day and a half, despite disruptions caused by cyclone Gabri.

I purchased a piece for my husband with hope it would make a difference in his pain levels. It has taken a long time, 6 months ish but my husband has halved the voltaren he takes and is talking about stopping it all together now. His body as a whole is feeling a lit better and says that the Shuzi is the only thing he can credit his relief to. Thank you.
