I booked a session with Sarah over summer before heading to the Hockey World Cup with the NZ mens team. My body was feeling sore and run down and I left feeling light and amazing! The space she has created was relaxing and she was very calm and professional throughout. Would highly recommend and will be returning soon!

What an outstanding massage experience. I was incredibly sore and struggling to walk properly after some intrepid adventures the last few days. Sarah is an amazing therapist who both professionally and intuitively knew where I was holding tension and dress. I’m hoping she gets a cancellation in the next few days so I can go again. Highly recommend.

Bought my partner a massage as a treat, turns out he’d been in so much shoulder pain he thought he was going to need a reconstruction. ONE session with Sarah and his shoulders are virtually pain free. She found and cleared pain in areas he didn’t even know he had it and gave him back so much range of motion, he’s BLOWN AWAY. We will be booking regular appointment from here on out. Thank you Sarah!

Sarah came highly recommended by a friend and it was very easy to see why after my first session! I went to my session feeling really tense/achey and stuck in ‘fight or flight’ after a very busy end of work year and Xmas period. I had the most amazing massage with Sarah last week in such a lovely relaxed setting. She is extremely gifted and was able to find any areas of tension straight away. By far the nicest massage I have experienced...I will be back ! I floated out of there afterwards. Thank you !
