Stopped through here for a sip while visiting NZ - beautifully restored building with a great selection of classic and new beers on tap. Michael was very friendly and full of knowledge on the area with a clear passion towards beers and old-school hospitality. Thanks for adding to our great trip to Dunedin!

We had pre drinks here before a works do. Was a great atmosphere and the bar staff were very friendly. Kept their cool even though some customers were starting to get pretty rowdy. Keep up the great work team.

Brilliant, the manager was a fountain of knowledge , the selection of tap beers is amazing.Generally overall a great pub that is accomodating and has everything an English pub wouldexcept, five stars all day

Was a lovely find opposite Queens Garden on Queen Garden street. Opulent with beautifully painted ornate ceilings and chandeliers. Would give it 5 stars if there was more food apart from a cheese board!
