We were served by Ms King who was not onky doing her duty but providing a true service- welcoming warm.and friendly countenance . MS King was obliging and benevolent in her serving. She made our Mother's Day lunch quite special. Thanks Ms King and the burger King Chartwell

This restaurant is an absolute disgrace. Dirty unclean and un cared for. 90 % of tables were covered with rubbish, the floor was filthy and scattered with food. The windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. When I tried to speak to the manager she said she was to busy and not interested in what I had to say. She was so rude we left and will never return. I would not recommend this restaurant for Hygiene reasons and terrible staff.

A lava cake with soft serve was ordered and what I received was a chocolate cake....there was no lava centre in it at all and no soft serve. I have photos to prove it.

A classic burger King restaurant. It's our closest BK but do often get the order wrong by missing items and around 4 times have had burnt burger buns. Often the ice cream isn't working. Still, the food I do get from there is nice just a little poorly presented.

My wife and I haven't been in a time but visited this Bk last night around 715ish, was welcomed by a young guy with exceptional manner and so courteous. Was so impressed, to top it off the food was exceptional! We got a cheese burger king box plus a rodeo combo and it's never been so good, hot and fresh. So stoked.Thanks team Bk Chartwell! Keep up the awesome work.

Good value fastfood burger joint. Particularly enjoy the value meals which are a good bang for your buck comparatively and their hersheys pies. Free drink refills always a bonus and chill diner atmosphere.

Waited in drive thru for 10+min for my order… only three cars in front. Not great for a place that’s suppose to be fast food service
