Very poor communication between staff and customers.I organised them to pick up a load.They never called me to confirm, so after 5 days I loaded the metal on my trailer to take away myself.8 days later they turn up and only take a few items that where worth the most off my trailer that was all loaded and stroped. No communication that they where coming, I had given up on them.Then when I go to there yard the staff where unpleasant. Ended up picking up what they took going somewhere else with my metal that had a much better price and staff where amazing.
