Carmel is great driving instructor! She was very helpful and patient! Even though im not a novice driver, i still learned a lot of great tricks and got a lot of insights on my driving! Strongly recommend if u need to pass you driver's license test in NZ or to improve your driving skill!

I am very shocked to see her attitude and threat to me regarding our review. As a customer, it’s our right to express our views and opinions. Please don’t try to find excuses for every issue, rather accept your mistake and improve yourself next level. You took important responsibilities to teach our kids and it should be right. If they fail their test, some responsibilities also go to you as an instructor. Try to review those mistakes and teach others better in future. Don’t threaten to take legal action; you are always welcome to go that path, which may dig a bigger hole for you.Also, as a legitimate business, you should issue proper tax invoices when you sell goods or services. Stop taking money without a proper invoice with the following details.• the invoice number;• the name and address of your business and your customer’s;• a list of the goods or services you provided and the cost;• instructions on how and when to pay; and• if you collected GST on the sale, then you also need to show how much.I am happy to pass your invoice to IRD for appropriate actions.

I am always believed in the statement “ God has plan” and I believe that God lead me the way to find Carmel. I found her on Google searching for driving school in Auckland. After contacting some schools and some of them fully book and the other does not cover in my area (Kohimarama). I contacted Carmel and I decided to go with her for first lesson and Honestly I m more comfortable with female instructor.Carmel is a very lovely lady, she is always on time and professional. Her lesson is tailored made by your need and easy to learn. She even have a little car toy and a notebook to explain to you which I think is awesome . I have learnt with her 3 months 2hr per week together with practicing with my husband weekends , weekday anytime I have a chance driving before sitting my test . Highly recommended Carmel as driving instructor for safe driving and siting test purposes.

Carmelle was absolutely amazing with the driving lessons and helping me pass my NZ driver's license. I was really nervous learning at a late age but she had so many tips and tricks and always made me feel calm which has translated into my driving since. I passed my restricted with no issues and am confident for my full driving test. I even referred a friend and he passed his full driving test. I would recommend driving lessons from Carmelle to anyone who needs some final driving lessons, tips and reassurance for their upcoming driving test nz.

Carmelle took me for both my lessons and tests for my Restricted License and my Full License. Yesterday I passed for my first try at the full drivers test and would not of been able to do so without her. Through out my years working with Carmelle, I have had the best time. She is a professional, intelligent and kind person who cares about her customers beyond just driving. I have felt safe and cared for throughout our time together and I am grateful for all her time, effort and expertise. Her experience and guidance has stuck with me throughout the years and will continue to. I definitely recommend her and her driving school for all your needs in regards to learning how to drive safely and effectively and I will be continuing to recommend her to my work colleagues, friends and whānau in the future.

I found Carmel on the Internet amongst all the other driving schools. However, I decided to pick her as she had such great reviews. I will highly recommend taking sessions with Carmel not only for test prep but most importantly for very safe and smart driving in general. Carmel is always punctual, patient and understanding.
