Called up for some parts today John answered just by stating his name no greetings.Tried explaining what I needed to which he responded you need to learn how to speak english". So rude. So I got my manager phone him back and because I could here the conversation I could pick up he's talking about a different part. So we had to take the old part there so he can see what we need. This is just wrong."

With zero notice, Carl and receptionist despatched young mechanic (Jaden?) immediately to my rescue. In less than ten minutes he was at my vehicle and fixed the problem and fitted new battery! Carl sorted out invoice for FTC Rotorua payment on my behalf. An excellent customer service from all involved. Very much appreciated. Roger D

No signs of life, didn't answer the phone, unhelpful when actually showed up and say they are closed at 12pm on a Saturday when their online hours say they close at 4:30pm. Clearly no interest in selling vehicles.
