Trish is such a wonderful person! As a merchant who was in a sticky situation... I was informed of everything going on, called when my driver hadn't arrived yet (As it was someone picking up on my behalf) as she recognized the urgency to get this picked up. Trish also took extra care to push my order forward from when they were hoping to have it ready as she wanted us to be happy.I was followed up with an email once my driver picked up which was fantastic.Very polite nature and wonderful to deal with... stoked with the outcomeThank you so much Trish

I recently completed a major renovation which needed 3 new showers and 4 sets of wardrobe doors. I got in touch with Jason Netto during my initial planning stages and it was he who facilitated the whole job from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and very organised which made things so much easier to deal with for a first time renovator. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome of my bathrooms. I've had lots of compliments from friends and family.I would like to thank Andrew the installer as his workmanship was to a very high standard and Sam for organising all the installation.I also purchased all my tiles through Tilemax as they had a great range of high quality tiles to choose from.I would not hesitate to recommend Showerwell and will definitely be using them for future projects. Thank you again Showerwell team. You guys are amazing!

great service at Showerwell, we dealt with Trish Wilton and although we needed only a small amount of fireplace tiles she couldn't have been more helpful. Theu also have a better range of tiles than anywhere else we have visited. Delivery was very prompt.

I wasted so much time looking for tiles and was really frustrated that I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Then I went to Showerwell in East Tamaki and Mike really helped me choose a good quality and stylish tiles at a really good price. I would really recommend to visit their showroom we are absolutely stocked.

We are building a bathroom with only 2 glass sheets, which are supported with a strip of plastic-rubber. We needed new strips and couldn’t find them, untill I went to Showerwell, who send me home with 4 different kinds. So the next day I went to buy one of them but their electronic system was down, so they send me home with the strips and send me an invoice by e-mail a little later. I am impressed by their service and trust and having found a place that can provide me with parts, even though the shower was put together with second hand parts. I certainly go back and safe myself a lot of time and frustration. This is just the place to go!

Great follow up service.Had a small problem two years after my shower install with black stains along the bottom.Showerwell sent out a tech who solved a small install error and removed the excess silicon, the shower now looks brand new again.Thanks
