Poor Job. Don't believe all the 5 star reviews above as they must be from this persons friends. If you look closely, Ms Heron is the owner and she's reviewed herself 5 stars! LolIf I could give this Zero stars I would. Totally unprofessionally, would never use again. Jim's head office was no better.The facts are:1. 3 Independent tenant prospects said the property was still dirty after paying $700, therefore it was a waste of money.2. There is no Team, it is a mother daughter combo who argue whilst doing the job and put off your tenants, let alone do any sort of professional job.3. Will not take responsibility for a poor job. Uni students would have done a better job.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Kaitlyn and her team have been cleaning our commercial sites now for 3 months. Would definitely recommend them, we are very happy with the weekly cleans they perform.
