Arrived to Auckland at time is extreme flooding. Despite this we received clear communication & excellent service.The staff were extremely helpful & a delight to talk too. Even under the extreme pressure they remained polite & cheerful.Vehicle provided, clean and reliable.Would/will definitely continue to use SNAP RENTALS again & recommend to anyone for a no fuss, stress free car hire service.Reasonable prices. Locations for collection & drop off easy to find.A shuttle service available if you book at time of booking for vehicle rental (to and from the airport) Was an excellent and really handy service when we dropped the car back at 0500hrs. A no stress option for us. A shuttle was already waiting for our arrival.Thank you to the staff @Snap RentalsAuckland Airport location.We really hope your central Auckland location is operational again soon & you manage to get replacement stock for the flooded vehicles.We are Very Happy customers /client who received a wonderful service despite Auckland being in a civil emergency status at the time.Thank you

Acceptable services. Our car broke down due to very old spark plugs. That is silly and cost us a day of our stay in New Zealand.

On my first day in Auckland with my hire can someone did a hit and run stole all my bags and laptop out of the car. Despite the situation, I was able to swap the car with ease, you have no idea how much of a comfort that was to me. The girls at front reception were amazing from the time I arrived to the time I left I was well looked after. I will definitely be using your services again the next time I'm in Auckland.

Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience with these guys - paid additional for an upgrade to a higher spec model and ended up with the shitbox in the photo. It had 136,000km on the odometer, was missing a hubcap and had scratches all over it. Also had a number of rattles coming from the engine and the passenger door didn't close properly.We picked up using the out-of-hours facility, (had to chase Snap multiple times for instructions they said would be automatically forwarded 24 hours before hiring) otherwise we would have rejected the car however had little choice considering we had to be somewhere. Extremely disappointing these sort of vehicles would even be in their fleet.

Poor communication & lack of clarity on service. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option.The rental car we booked was offsite at another location (which they only sent an email to tell us 10mins before collection time) and we were told they would ‘take’ a $2000 bond on the vehicle unless we paid insurance of $29per day on top of our own travel insurance. The people off site & manager Milly were unfriendly and unhelpful.Our family of five were left sitting outside in the cold whilst trying to clarity the actual costs associated with the rental as the paperwork I was told to sign provided no such details.Never had I had such unprofessional service. Highly recommend going with another rental company like Go Rentals or Avis.The only saviour was the lovely shuttle driver who took us back to the airport to source another car rental who tried to offer suggestions. She was clearly independent of Snap Rentals.

Highly recommend!! Affordable, Hassel free fast and efficient, there shuttle van picked me up from Auckland domestic airport within 10min the driver was so friendly, arrived at there depot the staff were awesome helpful and friendly. I was in my rental and on the road in less than half an hour. Because I filled the application on line prior to pick up all I had to do on arrival was sign the contract and grab the keys, returning the rental was just as smooth. I had a late booking that was done online. Went to collect the vehicle the next morning and unfortunately the vehicle wasn't available, however the person behind the counter was so apologetic and nice that I couldn't be upset with her. She gave me an upgrade instead and also a discount on top of that. I couldn't be upset with the customer service I was provided. Thank you so much team in Auckland.

From booking online to being picked up at the Auckland airport everything was easy. The staff were friendly and kind and I enjoyed chatting with them. There is wifi available at the office when picking up the car. The car was clean, smelled nice and you can tell the car was looked after well. I highly recommend this company. I used the Auckland airport branch. Thank you for the great experience Snap Rentals.

Friendly and fast online and check-in processes that enabled a very smooth booking and collection of my rental car in Auckland in June 2023. They also replied my emails very promptly and professionally, answering all my queries well. Very pleased with their service and follow-up. I would recommend SnapRental as a safe and efficient choice.

Nice car, makes the daily trip around the region possible from point a to z with out hustle. Shuttle to airport is easy. I will use again next time. Friendly staff too good job Queenstown branch.
