Only problem was that my resin stuck to my new, round, expensive mold, now rendered useless. Proving that expensive is not always better!

Excellent shop with very experienced and knowledgeable staff. They sell everything you could need for special effects make up, sculpting, silicone mould making, resin casting and so much more. I purchased Pinkysil (a 2 part silicone for mould making), Friendly Plastic (aka polymorph) and a little mixing cup (for mixing the epoxy resin). All the products were well packaged with clear instructions. Barnes has also produced some incredibly helpful YouTube videos that are worth checking out. They really know their stuff!

Store trading hours must be incorrect.9:30am Monday and no one here. Very dissapointed.Doesn’t seem the phone number works either. Unreliable. Don’t waste your time.But I have things to do... so I will be voting with my feet and money.

Great products. I made a purchase during a Covid-19 wave, so I think this store was affected by this... I sent an email enquiry over a week later, but heard nothing back... I received my order about two weeks later!

Terrible service. Drove for 90minutes to get to the Henderson store, sign saying it was closed for covid, nothing communicated on the website I had checked. Ordered online, have been chasing up for last 4 weeks as the phone is never answered and the voicemail is always full (just try ring them). Still awaiting my parcel, have had to contact courier companies myself to inquire as no response from the store
