I won’t lie, I was very very skeptical making this booking, but I was in a bind and my hair stylist at my usual salon was fully booked so I just bought a discounted package online and went. And this is the honest to god truth, I haven’t felt or looked this fabulous in a LONG TIME! A full head of foils to cover my greys and the most fabulous blow wave! The colour is bang on what I wanted. She’s done such a great job. I swear. I can’t remember her name but she was the petit Alaskan girl with the big smile. She’s amazing. 12/10 stars. Highly recommend!

Lauren was my hair dresser. She is friendly, obliging, professional and does the best head massages. I loved my hair colour and blowed dried straight. Thank you Lauren you are amazing and made me feel comfortable and pampered.

I have super long dark hair and wanted to go blonde. I’d gone to several salons and they said they couldn’t do it without damaging my hair. I’m so grateful to Bianca and the team. Honestly, they were so genuine and did such an amazing job. I get anxiety interacting with strangers, but they all helped make me feel comfortable, amazing since I was with them for a few hours. Definitely recommend as my hair turned out healthy and I’m received plenty of compliments

Vivo is awesome! After my appointment I have had so many strangers stop and tell me how great my hair looks. The multi colour job is bright (blond and pink) and looks healthy. My cut perfectly compliments the colors and how they fall together. Best of all, vivo runs on time and the team work together to give you the best experience. I've been going a couple of years now and love it.

Rang 3 times over a 2 week period, spoke to two individuals during that time, neither could answer a simple question if they offer hair up dos for a bridal party of 6 and if so could I make a booking. Instead was told someone would ring me back . . . . Nothing has come of it. While in the area I popped in to ask the same question and was told no one was in store to answer that and was recommended that I call later that day.
